  • Implied Consent: We may communicate with you via email if there is an “Existing Business Relationship” (e.g., you have purchased equipment or services from us within the last two years).

  • Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time. Every commercial email sent by SOUNDBAR AV includes a functional, clearly identified unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribe requests will be processed without delay and within a maximum of 10 business days.

4. Limiting Collection

The personal information we collect is limited to those details necessary for the purposes identified by SOUNDBAR AV. This may include your name, company name, business address, telephone number, and email address. We do not collect information indiscriminately.
