At SOUNDBAR Audio Visual Ltd., we strive to provide high-quality audio-visual products and professional installation services. The following policy outlines the terms for returns, cancellations, warranties, and support.

1. Estimates & Pricing
All written estimates issued by SOUNDBAR Audio Visual Ltd. are valid for 7 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
If an estimate is accepted after this period, pricing and product availability may be subject to change.
Acceptance of an estimate constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.

2. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
For certain projects, SOUNDBAR may require:
• Deposit payments prior to equipment ordering
• Progress payments during installation
• Final payment upon project completion
SOUNDBAR Audio Visual Ltd. retains ownership of all equipment until invoices are paid in full.

Late payments may be subject to interest or service suspension.

3. Project Changes
Any Adds / Moves / Changes (AMC) requested after project approval may result in additional charges.
Work performed outside normal business hours may also incur additional service charges.

4. Order Cancellation
Once an estimate or purchase order has been accepted and equipment has been ordered, the order cannot be cancelled in full without covering any costs incurred by SOUNDBAR AV. These costs may include:
• Equipment already ordered from manufacturers or distributors
• Shipping or freight charges
• Configuration or staging labor
• Project preparation or installation scheduling

5. Return Policy
Returns must be requested within 15 days of the invoice date. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by SOUNDBAR AV. To request an RMA, contact:

Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Eligible Returns
Items may be considered for return if they meet the following conditions:
• Product is unused
• Product is in original packaging
• All manuals, accessories, and cables are included
• Packaging is undamaged and resellable
All approved returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Opened or used products
• Installed equipment or completed installations
• Special-order or custom-configured equipment
• Software licenses or activated subscriptions
• Consumables or hygiene-sensitive items

6. Damaged or Defective Equipment
If equipment arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify SOUNDBAR within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of the product and packaging may be required to process a claim. Once verified, SOUNDBAR AV will coordinate with the manufacturer or distributor to provide:
• Replacement equipment
• Repair under manufacturer warranty
• Refund where applicable

7. Warranty
Equipment Warranty
All hardware supplied by SOUNDBAR AV carries the standard manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated. Warranty coverage and duration vary by manufacturer.

Installation Labor Warranty
Installation labor performed by SOUNDBAR AV is warranted for 45 days from the date of installation. After this period, service work will be billed at standard rates.
